We had a great time at the Stage Might Workshop on May 3rd. This was my last workshop until September so we had a lot of fun. Thank you so much to everyone who made the trip out to sunny California. It was a beautiful day. I want to especially thank Stephanie for coming all the way from Pennsylvania as well as many others who traveled from Las Vegas, Northern and Central California and San Diego as well. I know traveling is hard when you are dieting but I am so glad you all made it out. Thank you for a wonderfully fun day. You all look so great. Can't wait to see you on stage.

















My next workshop isn't until September, but don't let that stop you from booking a one on one appointment for posing. I hope you are doing awesome and training is going great.

A quick shout out and congratulations to Kandace Whiting for placing 5th in the NPC Orange County Bikini Tall Division. This is her first bikini competition of any kind and she looks amazing! Kandace took advantage of my 6 Week Bikini Coaching Program and I am so proud of her accomplishments. (keep in mind she was already in great shape) Great job Kandace. Look for Kandace at another NPC show coming soon ready to move up the ranks.

The new NPC bikini division is fun and exciting. As a former runway model, I am having a blast helping the athletes get ready for this new division. And due to not needing to pack on muscle, if you are already in great shape, you can be stage ready in just about 6 weeks.

It is a wonderful opportunity for those of you thinking you have to wait to get more muscle, why not be able to jump on stage this summer.

Congrats again to Kandace, and I hope to see many more of you getting out there and participating. It is time!

I received an email the other day from one of the producers from E! Entertainment and told her I would forward the information on. If you have a compelling story of triumph in the bodybuilding, fitness or figure world (has overcome some personal setback to achieve their goal) or if you are someone who has an upcoming event (either in May or June) and would be willing to let E! follow you from training through competition. E! Entertainment is producing a TV documentary on the world of female body building and fitness. We are just starting to put the show together so the slate is pretty open. Yes, I know it is not a Stage Might Complete workshop, however suit selection is so important that we will be having Fresh Peaches come out and bring some suits, as well as swatches and talk shop with the ladies about picking a suit for your next competition. I am so excited to have them come out and now that we only have the two piece to focus on, it makes things very easy. Stage Might is May 3rd from 2-5pm, we will be covering posing for figure competition only and suit selection. If you are interested in stage presence for bikini, you can email me for a personal one on one session. I am not doing a bikini workshop at this time, and since they are 2 very different styles, we will be covering figure in this workshop.

Stage Might Complete this past Sunday was a huge success! We had a full house and a great time. It was a gorgeous sunny day in Southern California. It has been called "summer in January" by our weather forcasters, with 10 solid days of 80 degree weather, which made for a beautiful setting for a winter workshop. I want to thank Carriann from Fresh Peaches for coming out and sharing her wealth of knowledge on swimsuits as well as David Ellis from Anytime Fitness in Rancho Cucamongo who gave us all a butt blast workout in only 30 minutes. My butt is still sore. :( I also want to thank Lydia from Pro Consign Online for providing suit protectors for all the ladies for their competition suits. As well as Fitness Pro Direct for providing the Figure Competition Guide. We had a great time, and I want to thank all of you who came out. I have also posted a new gallery from the workshop:

My Stage Might Complete Workshop is this Sunday the 18th of January. This is the only 6 hour workshop I will be having in 2009. I currently have only one space left in the workshop, but I can fit in 2 more. As long as you don't see the "sold out" on the sign up page, go ahead and sign up. A friend e-mailed me this poem and I think it about sums up the holiday and is very funny. Happy New Year everyone!

Twas the day after Christmas, and all through the house
Nothing would fit me, not even a blouse.
The cookies I'd nibbled, the eggnog I'd taste
At the holiday parties had gone to my waist.

When I got on the scales there arose such a number!
When I walked to the store (less a walk than a lumber).
I'd remember the marvelous meals I'd prepared;
The gravies and sauces and beef nicely rared,

The wine and the rum balls, the bread and the cheese
And the way I'd never said, "No thank you, please."
As I dressed myself in my husband's old shirt
And prepared once again to do battle with dirt---

"You can't spend a winter disguised as a man!"
So--away with the last of the sour cream dip,
Get rid of the fruit cake, every cracker and chip

Every last bit of food that I like must be banished

2009 is almost here and my Group Coaching Course is only 10 days away. I wanted to write a quick note for those of you who are participating in The Group Coaching Course that starts January 8th.

2008 is almost toast! Are you ready for 2009?????

Well, I thought I would give my site a little refresher, not too much just changing up some of my homepage artwork from some of my favorite pics of shoots throughout this year in 08. I hope you enjoy the little change.

Time to start getting that list ready of dreams and goals for 2009. I can't wait, it is going to be a great year. I hope you had a fantastic Christmas, and whatever you do on New Years, please be careful and don't drink and drive, a very easy fix, get a cab, right? We always have someone drive who is not drinking whatsoever, it is really the only way. Be safe and have fun.
